Well July has been and gone in a flash and although summer is well and truly under way to be honest having had cold weather in Newcastle for a while I keep thinking about autumn and even once or twice found myself opening the candle cupboard to look at the all the ones ready for the season, thankfully so far I have resisted temptation to light them!
Anyway this month I decided that we would go BIG with the budget! All of this months properties are £3,000,000 + and obviously for the majority of us these places will only ever belong in our dreams, but for the lucky few they are what they get to call them home. So lets take a peek..
The Church House, Acton Beauchamp – £3,000,000
This is an incredibly stunning seven bedroom Georgian house with four beautifully decorated reception rooms, and three bathrooms along with extensive cellars, farm buildings, stables, paddocks and woodland. The property is situated on the borders of Herefordshire and Worcestershire on a Celtic hillfort and benefits from south-westerly views of the stunning countryside beyond. There is no doubt this property makes the perfect family home as well as being an amazing house for entertaining. Check out the photo of the bathroom – how amazing are the views from that room!

Lilliput, Poole, Dorset – £7,500,000
If you have always wanted a waterside home then look no further! This property certainly has the wow factor, with an abundance high-tech features, italian designed MisuraEmme® walk in wardrobes and plenty of glass to soak up the gorgeous harbour views. Further to this the property has five bedrooms, a spacious kitchen/diner, carefully manicured gardens and private mooring.
I definitely get the feeling this would be an amazing party house, with it’s own bar and an indoor swimming pool you can’t go wrong – you would certainly be a busy host!

Little Ashley Farm, Little Ashley, Wiltshire – £3,000,000
Last but certainly not least is this dreamy grade II listed, seven bedroom detached country house set within 5.3 acres, and I have to admit it is my favourite of the favourites this month. From the beautiful stone exterior to the stunning blend of character features and contemporary interiors you just can’t go wrong with this house in my opinion. It is definitely a Pinterest and Instagram worthy home that’s for sure! The owners who have renovated this property over the past ten years should be seriously proud.
As if the property couldn’t get any better it also benefits from enjoying lovely countryside views, kitchen gardens, paddocks and an additional cottage.
Location wise this place ticks many boxes due to being situated between the World Heritage City of Bath and the market town of Bradford on Avon and on top of this is just 90 minutes from London. This really offers the best of both worlds.
I think the photos really do the talking here so I will say no more!
