This month has been totally jam packed, I seem to have been busy on every weekend of the month which means I have been visiting lots of beautiful parts of the UK. Inspired by my recent trip to North Wales for work at the start of the month I decided it would be nice to focus this month’s favourites on this beautiful corner of the world.
Unbelievably, I had never been to North Wales prior to my work visits there this year and I have to say if you haven’t been you really are missing out! With the main attraction being Snowdonia National Park which is fantastic for keen walkers and those in need of some tranquility, other parts of NW include some really stunning coastline and countryside too.
My sixth sense for farm shops found be stumbling upon the incredible Harwarden Estate Farm Shop resulting in some sweet supplies being purchased (delish) and a few snaps being taken before dashing off for my next meeting. Head over to my Instagram account to take a peek at some of the snaps. Due to the nature of the trip I spent most of my time in and out of the car (although I must admit I thoroughly enjoyed listening to Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire as I went along) so it is definitely on my list of places to go back to and explore properly!
Nant Gwynant, Caenarfon – £375,000
Back to the monthly favourites though and talking of Snowdonia I thought I would start with this stunning five double bedroom home set in the heart of the park itself. Enjoying incredible mountain views this place would make a fantastic family home or investment opportunity as a holiday let. The property is packed with character features and benefits from a farmhouse-style kitchen, exposed stone walls and several woodburners – this really is a gem! For where it is and what you get I think the price is pretty reasonable too.

Newbridge, Wrexham – £780,000
The next property is great for those whose mane focus is horses! This fabulous four bedroom equestrian property with stunning countryside views has an outbuilding, stables and manège along with land including gardens of approximately 24 acres. The house itself is a really beautifully modernised farm house boasting a sociable and stylish kitchen with an Aga and beams in the many of the rooms.

Ruthin, Denbighshire – £625,000
The final property in this month’s property favourites is this utterly gorgeous three bedroom detached 19th Century barn conversion on the banks of the River Clwyd, located not too far from the county town of Ruthin in Denbighshire. With a fantastic full-height dining room, gallery landing and a walk-in wardrobe to the master bedroom the property has been finished to a standard where you really could just move right in. Outside there are landscaped gardens, an orchard, an outbuilding, paddocks to about 3.6 acres and fishing rights on the river… what more could you want?!
